• Pseudonymisation at source — Patient data is pseudonymised using deterministic encryption before it leaves the hospital network. No names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, or addresses are transmitted to the Triscribe platform.
• No personally identifiable information (PII) — The Triscribe platform does not receive or store any data that could directly identify individual patients.
• Multi-tenant data isolation — Each trust's data is stored in a separate database schema. No data is shared or commingled between trusts.
• Encryption — All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
• Role-based access control — Access to dashboards and data is restricted based on user roles configured by each trust.

5. Cookies
