We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with service providers who help us operate our website and business, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
4. How Triscribe handles hospital data
The Triscribe platform processes clinical data from NHS hospital trusts. This data is handled under separate data processing agreements with each trust. Key privacy measures include:
- Pseudonymisation at source — Patient data is pseudonymised using deterministic encryption before it leaves the hospital network. No names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, or addresses are transmitted to the Triscribe platform.
- No personally identifiable information (PII) — The Triscribe platform does not receive or store any data that could directly identify individual patients.
- Multi-tenant data isolation — Each trust's data is stored in a separate database schema. No data is shared or commingled between trusts.
- Encryption — All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
- Role-based access control — Access to dashboards and data is restricted based on user roles configured by each trust.
5. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies required for the site to function (such as session management). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
