From hospital system to clinical insight in four steps
No rip-and-replace. No manual drug mapping. Triscribe works alongside your existing ePrescribing and clinical systems.
Connect
Triscribe connects to your existing hospital ePrescribing and clinical systems. We support the systems NHS trusts already use — no rip-and-replace required.
Our extractor tools integrate at the database level, pulling medication orders, administrations, and stock data through secure, read-only connections.

Extract & Protect
Our extractor tool pulls medication orders, administrations, and stock data from your systems. Patient data is pseudonymised at source using deterministic encryption — personal identifiers never leave your hospital network.
Only pseudonymised, clinically relevant data is transmitted to the Triscribe platform.
Privacy by design
No PII ever reaches the Triscribe platform
Harmonise
Our drug intelligence engine automatically maps every drug record to the national DM+D standard, enriching it with BNF codes, ATC classifications, WHO DDDs, and SNOMED CT form/route codes.
The proprietary 10-stage pipeline uses trigram fuzzy matching, ingredient identification, dosage analysis, and form/route ranking. Pharmacist-verified mappings at one trust are automatically available to all trusts using the same source system.
Drug Data Enrichment
Analyse
50+ interactive dashboards present real-time clinical intelligence. Filter by ward, drug, date range, specialty, or custom groups. Drill down from trust-wide overview to individual patient detail.
Dashboards are configurable by trust — safety rules, thresholds, and alert criteria can all be adjusted without code deployment.
Privacy and security at every layer
Triscribe is designed so that personal patient data never needs to leave the hospital.
Pseudonymisation at source
Patient identifiers are encrypted using deterministic pseudonymisation before any data leaves the hospital network.
No PII in the cloud
The Triscribe platform never receives names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, or addresses. Only pseudonymised clinical data.
Multi-tenant isolation
Each trust's data is stored in a separate schema. No data is shared or commingled between trusts.
Role-based access control
Users see only the data relevant to their role and ward. Access is configurable per trust.
Encrypted data pipeline
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Audit trail
Full audit logging of all access, queries, and configuration changes for governance and compliance.
Aligned with national clinical standards
Triscribe's dashboards are designed to support compliance with the standards and guidelines that matter to NHS pharmacy teams.
